In December '06 at -scopeMiami, Brose Partington debuted with Dam, Stuhltrager to rave reviews.

In the following months, this 27yr old newcomer from Indianapolis was chosen to exhibit in Lincoln Center Plaza (NYC) during pivotal Armory time. Partington’s 150 ft public installation, "Tide", transformed Lincoln Center Plaza with 18 gear box motors and 40 yards of black rip stop nylon fabric. The installation went on to follow the art world, traveling to Los Angeles in April, Basel in June and Istanbul in November. “Tide” was featured at the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia in Fall 2008.

Already making it clear he is capable of accomplishing big things, Partington was a recipient a 2007 Efroymson Grant- a prestigious $20,000 grant awarded to only five individuals a year.
