HOUSE CAT SERIES (2005)

Sparked by the beauty and intricate natural design of her pet tabby, Marshall began plotting. After exhaustive photographing, sketches and measuring her reluctant cat, the furry coat was translated into a knit pattern. Incorporating 2D and 3D traditional knitting techniques, Marshall was able to interprete the coat of "Rocky" into the first of her now signature pelt textile series.
