| Andreas' flock of "Avian"sculptures have flown back to Brooklyn to join "Lotus" and a brand new, top-secret piece debuting in "Wood and Water". A continuum in Andreas' "Reactive Sculpture" series, this exhibit includes Andreas' latest kinetic wooden artworks, all of which respond with movement to disruption in the delicate balance, displacement or loss of water. | Dam sets off on creating a visual vocabulary to correspond to the sound library of the St. Petersburg's artist group, Cyland. Dam's latest small paintings are a continuation in the abstract, lively and bold patterns of his large "Urban Landscape" canvases. In '08, crowds again packed Dam, Stuhltrager's Garden to catch rising stars under the open sky. Now in its third year, the legacy rocks on. | |||
