The Woman Who Loved Men is inspired by Francois Truffaut’s film, “The Man Who Loved Women”. I reverse the gender roles and as a woman, stare at men with humor rather than blatant desire.

Kim Connerton’s video and photographic portrait installations release the self from only one static definition- the same way that video and digital media in the 21st century are tools that can communicate through light and air and not just one object.
